Aroma.broker is a specialized web-shop for concentrated food flavorings.

All our products are concentrated and should never be used directly as they are.

In this privacy policy “we”, “us”,”our”, “aroma-broker”, “aroma broker” and “aroma.broker” refers to the developer and manager of the website : the entity aroma.broker. The terms “Partner”, “Partner-Shop”, “Store”, partner-shop, “Smokers Point”, “Smokerspoint” are refering to the company Smokerspoint.
“Aroma”, “Arôme”, “Aromas”, “Arômes”, “flavourings”, “flavours”, “flavour concentrate”, “concentrates”, refers to concentrated food flavourings on PG (propylene glycol) base. This site is operated on behalf of the company that gave you access to this site, because the products available here can’t be selled in the shop. The purpose of this site is to maintain a large offer of quality food flavour concentrates, while offering you the opportunity to buy online from a local store. We’re also able to send our products to customers situated in whole Europe. Unfortunately we can’t process orders to : Belarus, Russian Federation, Ukraine, The Administrative Raion of Tiraspol

Vaping (use in e-cigarettes)

aroma.broker is aware that the products sold on this site may be used in e-cigarettes. For legal reasons we’re not allowed to sell products for this use. aroma.broker sells food flavourings. Any other use is under the total responsibility of the customer.

All our products are concentrated and should never be used as they are without dillution !

All our products are perfectly suited to be mixed with base* (a mixture of propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin) and eventually nicotine* and additives (sweetner, ethyl maltol, cooling agent,…) to create e-liquid, a liquid substance used to refill electronic cigarettes.

Some countries introduced a special tax regime for e-liquids. Our products are multi-purpose flavours, mainly used in the food industry; this products are not subjected to any other tax then VAT. If you buy our products and use them to make e-liquid by mixing it with base/nicotine it may become an illegal use in this countries. If you live in one of the countries on the list below we kindly ask you to use our products exclusively for food, beverages and other purposes.

The vaping use is (written in bold) or may be forbidden in : Albania, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia.

REMINDER: Buying our products is legal if you plan to use it for anything else then vaping so you can still order and use our products for food…

*you can buy base and nicotine in your local vaping store to ensure having a quality product.

What we sell

We sell multi-purpose flavors based on PG (propylene glycol) that can be used for food, beverages,… Technically all our products can be used for vaping purposes (use in e-cigarettes) but doing this may be illegal in some countries, that’s why our products are explicitly sold as food flavourings.
