  • I choosed the pickup in store as shipping method, when will my order be ready for pickup?
    You will receive a confirmation by email when the package is ready for pickup. Feel free to call us to check.
  • Is it possible to order other products from the partner shop for shipping?
    No our partner shop sells products for e-cigarettes, the shipping of this products is strictly forbidden, only food grade flavours will be available for shipping.
  • How can i pay on this website?
    Debit cards : Bancontact, Visa debit, Mastercard Debit
    Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners
    iDeal (Netherlands)

    Banks are currently replacing the former “Maestro” & “V-PAY” cards by Mastercard/Visa debit, if you still have a old Maestro/V-Pay card they won’t work. We suggest you to use a prepaid Visa/Mastercard or to opt for a cash payment (the modalities for cash payments and a list of institutions offering prepid cards in europe is bellow all questions/answers)
  • Can i order products that are not in stock?
    Yes this is possible for all products manufactured by “Aromea” but be aware that the delay for orders containing pre-ordered products is longer then orders containing only produ that are in stock, feel free to contact us to get more information about when your order will be available.
  • Can i buy the products in the partner shop?
    No the, sale or warehousing of this products is not allowed in that store, you have to order the products through our site. In some cases the payment can be made by cash at pickup, but you have still to pre-order the products. (the modalities for cash payments is bellow all questions/answers)
  • ⚠️ The minimum order ammount is 10€
  • I didnt receive any confirmation mail after the normal order processing period what should i do?
    – Our emails may arrive in the “spam” folder, usually your order should be ready in 2-3 working days after payment (if all products on stock). We invite you to check your spam folder and approve the emails comming from our addres : contact@aroma.broker if you still didnt receive anything please contact us or our partner shop

Create your order on the site and call our partner shop, your order will be validated manually. Consider that card payments are NOT possible at pickup
