Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us immediatly if one of the products you bought didn’t arrive in good shape (leaking, broken flask). If your product is broken when you receive it you will be eligible for an exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we consider that the product was conform in the moment of purchase sale and we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable/refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Products in SALE, deals, and other special pricings
  • Shipping costs
  • Transaction fee (the fee of your payment) : [0,30€+max2%] example for a purchase of 10€ that would be about 0,50€

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the confirmation email. If you created an account on our site we will be able to find quickly your invoice.

Please do not send your purchase back without a valid return authorisation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is opened, not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you can choose to receive a coupon to order a new product or to get a refund. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, by bank transfer or to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If we confirm that the funds are sent, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. First step is always to contact us by email at contact@aroma.broker or through our partner shop.

To return your product, you should bring them in our partner shop or mail your product to the address that we will provide you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping and our transaction costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
